This tune is often referred to as a UFO Jax (especially when using a Saturn ball). The name UFO Jax was coined by pro AJ player Eric “DaUFO” Bergmann.

Using a V-Max or Saturn ball as the middle ball with end Plus balls allows for a unique look and feel while playing.

The plastic shell of a V-Max and Saturn creates less friction than a Plus ball, so you notice faster, smoother orbits. Also, the smooth plastic surface does not wear as a Plus ball eventual wears. Rebound tricks are best suited for the Plus, which is a softer, bouncier ball. Tuning a UFO Jax gives you the best of both worlds (smooth, fast orbits and bouncy, soft end balls). You will notice that most rebound tricks involve the end balls, so a hard shell middle ball usually will not affect rebound style playing.
